Prior to establishing Marinelli Motorsport PR & Media Services, Paul Marinelli's media career started in radio. From the mid to late 80's on Melbourne's 3RRRFM to a professional announcing career with 3AK and the all sport formatted 3UZ (which is now known as Sport 927). Professional radio correspondency services continue to be provided to this day from V8 Supercar and other major local and international motor racing events.

In 2008, Paul Marinelli became the V8 Supercar Championship Series course commentator and the series' official radio reporter, filing news bulletin reports from all events with what was then known as the Macquarie Regional Network. Marinelli Motorsport Media continues to provide news bulletin reports to this network that includes more than 90 radio stations located across the country. This network is now known as Southern Cross Media.

V8 Supercar and international motorsport event radio news bulletin and sports program reports are available to any commercial radio station at any stage, regardless of network affiliation. This service can be provided with a verbal sponsor credit tag or for a negotiated fee over an entire season. Reports from the 2010 season are heard by an average cumulative audience of more than 4.5 million consumers during news bulletins over each race weekend across the country.

Paul Marinelli is also vastly experienced in the hosting of corporate conferences, major public events and press conferences. These services are provided on a regular basis for Marinelli Motorsport and Marinelli PR clients and any other companies pending availability. The experience of more than 20 years in broadcasting and public speaking ensures that these events are conducted to the exact requirements of the organisers and to the maximum level of professionalism.
